Gloucestershire Tour 2007 (Updated - Only 18 and overs can view...)
Another succesful Pencarrow tour comes to an end, with 2 victories at Newent and Dymock, and a narrow defeat in the dark at the Woodpeckers. The tour highlights included a Gerald Sleeman 50, Graham Francis' first run of the season and singer-sontwriter Stuart Ellis' latest release. We were also treated to tears and tantrums from tour virgin Chris Rippin, Screaming Eagles and Woolfgags from Will Richardson, numerous teabagging incidents and the usually placid Olly Sleeman ejecting a local from his flat with an expletive-filled outburst. The wheels are now in motion for Pencarrow / Vale of Lanherne to visit the vibrant city of Amsterdam next easter to take on Europe's finest...
The ill-fated 2008 Tour of Cheltenham was abandoned following heavy rain. Despite this, the hardcore few made the best of it and toured the pubs and clubs of Cheltenham and Plymouth on a 48-hour bender.
